4. Payments

We offer both free and paid submission options. All paid services are processed through Stripe, supported by SCY Money. By providing a payment method, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Darwin Discount shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this site. Your continued use of the service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
